Day 01: Phnom Penh Arrival
Upon arrival, you’ll be warmly greeted by Luxury Asia Trips’ private guide and driver. They then escort you to the hotel. When you’ve settled in the hotel, relax at leisure. In the evening, take a relaxing stroll along the Tonle Sap River to really get a feel for life in Phnom Penh. This city has a great selection of luxury hotels on offer - we recommend Raffles Hotel Le Royal.

Day 02: Phnom Penh
Today you’ll spend time getting to know your host city. Browse a comprehensive collection of Khmer art at the National Museum of Cambodia, see the Royal Palace, get active with the Cambodian Living Arts organization’s dance classes and enjoy sundowners and cerebral chatter at the Foreign Correspondents Club. In the evening, return to your luxury Phnom Penh hotel.
Day 03: Battambang
The rural city of Battambang is a former trading hub for French, Thai, and Khmer traders. Established in the 11th century, it’s replete with ancient temples, ruins and Khmer artifacts, as well as colonial French houses and, uniquely, statues of mythical beasts. In Battambang, you’ll have the chance to attend a Khmer boxing match (the origin of Muay Thai), visit centuries-old temples and enjoy the green countryside and fresh air aboard the “bamboo train”. Tonight, sleep in a four-poster bed in the charming 1930s French Colonial guesthouse, La Villa.
- Accommodation: LA VILLA
Day 04: Siem Reap
People come from around the world to visit the Angkor temple complex and on this luxury tour, you have your own guide - a local archaeologist - to take you through the chambers of Angkor Thom and Bayon Temple. After exploring these architectural marvels, you can haggle with the locals at the old markets before checking into your luxury Siem Reap hotel. Amansara, Raffles, and the Park Hyatt are all great choices.
- Accommodation: AMANSARA, RAFFLES, or PARK HYATT
Day 05: Siem Reap
In the cool morning air, you’ll visit the 10th-century Banteay Srei temple, built to worship the Hindu God, Shiva. After that, visit an orphanage and be uplifted by the humanitarian work of NGOs. Today you’ll also get the chance to shop for a memento with a bespoke shopping trip at Artisans d’Angkor, a collective of skilled local artisans offering Khmer fine arts and crafts. In the evening, enjoy a sumptuous dinner at your five-star hotel, or see what local delicacies the streets of Siem Reap have to offer.
- Accommodation: AMANSARA, RAFFLES, or PARK HYATT
Day 06: Siem Reap Departure
Finish your Cambodian journey with an unforgettable experience - watching the sunrise over Angkor Wat. After exploring this immense temple, buckle up for a thrilling helicopter tour offering a bird’s-eye view of the complex. For dinner on this final night, a special treat - a private meal at Angkor Athvea, a 12th-century Hindu temple just outside Siem Reap.
Hope you enjoyed the trip and wish that when it comes to other Asia luxury holiday again, we still can serve you. Safe flight!
